Since our founding in 2004, we've grown from a small plumbing shop in Groningen to where we are today, the leading parts supplier. With a growing customer base of installation companies, institutions, and private individuals, we're able to maintain annual growth even in these challenging times. We're also growing our parts offerings. New brands are added every year, and we serve them in our own unique way.

Frequently asked questions about our services

We might do some things a little differently than other companies. Below, we explain why we do this and how we work.

Because we specialize in parts, it's important for us to know which product is involved, even if the customer already thinks they know which one it should be according to the invoice. We can't tell what you have over the phone, so most calls end up sending an email or WhatsApp message with photos or even a video. This works much better for us and for you than by phone. This has led us to limit our phone availability so we can focus more on answering questions via email and WhatsApp.

This depends on the stock availability and the delivery time from the supplier if the item is not in stock. The expected delivery time and availability of each item are listed for each item. If you order multiple items, the order will be shipped as soon as all products are available.

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email and you can track the package.

We don't recommend coming here for parts with a defective product without first contacting us. Besides the inconvenience of having to remove the entire faucet first, this isn't our approach.

We would appreciate receiving a photo of the defective product in advance by email or WhatsApp as explained above.

Our Pick-up Counter is not intended as an information point for parts, it is purely intended for collecting pre-ordered products.

Our offices, warehouse/distribution center, and collection point are located in our building at Grondzijl 18 in Groningen.

We're available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., handling requests and shipping orders. We're a wholesaler, not a traditional retail store. Besides being a conscious decision, this is also a requirement from the municipality of Groningen for us to be located in this industrial estate; retail is not permitted there.

For this reason, if you do come by without contacting us beforehand, you may find the door closed. Orders can be picked up at set times, namely:

Tuesday between 12:00 and 16:30
Thursday between 12:00 and 16:30
Friday between 12:00 and 16:30

Groningen branch

KranenSpecialist is a wholesaler of faucets, parts, accessories, shower sets, and related items such as Quookers. Because we're a wholesaler with an online store, our approach is different from what you're used to in a traditional store. Our office , warehouse , and distribution center are located at our Groningen location. On the right side of the building, we have a pickup counter where you can pick up online orders. The idea is that you place your order online in advance; we don't have a sales counter .

Our business customers can order vital parts such as hoses and internals at our pick-up counter and take them with them immediately.
