Sphinx Mechanics 14, 15, 16 and 18 are no longer available, what is the alternative?

Commonly used outflow mechanisms of Sphinx were numbers 14(s), 15 (s), 16 (s) and 18 (s). This mechanism has unfortunately been discontinued and is no longer available. This mechanism looked like this and had various heights:

The button for this one is also no longer available and looked like this, there is no suitable alternative for this button

In some cases, you can only replace the mechanism and the knob as a whole with the DF1, which was frequently used in later models by Sphinx, and which we still have in stock. It fits as a replacement for the numbers 14(s), 15 (s), 16 (s) and 18 (s):
