You pay for the key as a deposit. You have 14 days to request a return number. If you are outside of those 14 days or still want to keep the key, you have not paid extra for the key. After receipt of your return, we will credit you with the key minus €7.50 incl. VAT for the rental if you also order the corresponding part that you replace with it. If you only rent the key and do not purchase the associated parts, it costs €15.00 incl. VAT. This is because this service is intended to enable you to install the ordered parts, not parts ordered elsewhere. Please note: If your order total falls below the carriage-paid limit due to the return of the key, we will also deduct the order costs from the credit note.
