How do I know if my VOLA KV1 is stainless steel color 40 or brushed chrome color 20?
We often receive photos where there's confusion about the faucet's color and, therefore, the parts that need to be ordered. There's a clear way to determine the correct color. There's a difference between stainless steel spouts and all other spouts, including color 20, which closely resembles stainless steel. If you have a stainless steel spout and you remove it, the slot where the catch slides through is approximately 4.5 cm high:
