How do I replace a Damixa internals 69997.00?
In this example we explain how to replace the internals of a leaking Damixa 64000 tap.
Step A (series 32&60)
Step A (series 32)
Remove the cap from the grip using a small screwdriver.

Step A (series 64)
Press the small point at the bottom of the handle with a small screwdriver. Then slide the sleeve off the handle.

Step B
Loosen the screw, you can now remove the handle further.

Step C
Now turn the plastic pressure ring counterclockwise to loosen it.

Step D
Now pull the internals out of the tap

Step E
Now remove the discs or rubbers and the springs from the tap

Step F
Now install the new spring and ceramic disc. The rubber ring (which you need to lightly grease) should be closest to the tap, with the polished side against the internals. In some cases, the old seal only has one seal, so install a new one instead.

Step G
Now press the new internals into the tap, taking care to ensure there is no recess in the tap housing.

Step H
Now tighten the pressure ring by hand.

Step J
Replace the handle and tighten the screw

Step K (series 32)
Press the cap back into place and the repair is complete

Step K (series 64)
Push the sleeve back into place and the repair is complete
